A pitch is one personalized email sent to one curator on your behalf. Every pitch is written by Amina, our Chief of Artist Services, and tailored to that specific curator's tastes — no templates, no spam. You'll see exactly who was pitched in your daily recap.
Every curator in our network is hand-vetted. We verify their submission policies, response history, and audience before adding them to our database. We currently have 121 curators across blogs, playlists, YouTube channels, and press outlets — and the network grows every week.
Most don't, and that's normal in music promotion. But the ones who DO reply matter — and Charkoal tracks every reply automatically, classifies it (interested / not interested / needs more info), and routes the good ones to you with a draft response ready to go.
